TAYLOR MUSIK was born with the name Christopher Hill, by his parents Bertreena and Fred Hill. At a very early age it was discovered that Taylor Musik was born with Mild Cerebral Palsy, but through the guidance of his parents Musik never let that hinder him from his dream of being in the music industry. Taylor started singing at the age of fourteen in his mother's church choir, and by age fifteen started composing his own songs. Inspired by artists such as Stevie Wonder and Pink Floyd, Taylor started to find his own voice under the production of Syxx Entertainment. In 2003, he attended Florida Institute of Cultural Entertainment and Arts(F.I.C.E). While studying at F.I.C.E, Musik learned many important aspects of the music business. Later that year, Taylor entered in the South Florida vocal contest and placed in the top ten. In 2004, a debut EP was released which included the hit single "Give My Love “ and "Hold On". This was one of the major transforming experiences of his career. It was at this point in his life that he realized he wanted to not only pursue singing, but to unleash his skills in the production area. Working with artists such as Bink Will, Chris Morris, and Daniel Crawford Taylor Musik is becoming to be a household name in the industry. As 2012 approached, his passion sky rocketed and two instrumental EP album series titled “Soul of the Rhodes" (2013) featured on Laruche Records, and part II (2014) indie were released. In the same year of "Soul of the Rhodes" Headphone Vibes Volumes 1-4 was produced. Musik's most recent project “ Saturn” was released in early 2015 and has made it's way to Reverbnation's Top 10 charts.
Taylor Musik has made a powerful indent in the Hip-Hop/Soul genre. He continues to perfect his craft, influencing many other upcoming artists in the Palm Beach County area. His dedication to music is something that is safe to say will never be questioned, as he keeps moving forward in his career.
